Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Manager located in  Mumbai but posting will be   Riyadh (project basis)  . The Technical Support Manager will lead and manage the technical support team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and technical assistance. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing day-to-day customer support operations, and working to improve overall service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills to prioritize and maintain quality interactions with clients.
Leadership abilities to manage a support team and ensure optimal performance.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proven experience in a similar role and familiarity with customer support tools and technologies.
Ability to work on-site in  Riyadh (project basis)
