Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on VP of Sales to build and scale a global enterprise revenue engine. This role will lead net-new logo acquisition, predictable pipeline creation, and enterprise GTM execution while building a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Own global enterprise sales strategy and revenue outcomes
Build and scale a hunter-led enterprise sales team
Drive predictable pipeline and net-new logo growth
Establish repeatable sales motions for $250K–$1M+ ACV deals
Lead forecasting, quota setting, and pipeline hygiene
Coach teams on complex enterprise deal execution
Align Sales with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

Requirements

10–15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (enterprise-focused)
Strong background in GRC, cybersecurity, or compliance
Proven success closing $250K–$1M+ ACV deals
Experience selling to C-level stakeholders
Strong leadership, coaching, and GTM execution skill
