The Sales Director will drive regional growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and strengthen strategic client relationships across the Manufacturing, Retail sector. This role focuses on expanding the company's portfolio in Digital Transformation, Cloud, SaaS, Data, and IT Consulting services. The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership, strategic acumen, and a deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives.
Extensive experience in B2B Software Solution Sales, with a strong focus on Cloud, SaaS, and enterprise technology platforms.
Proven track record in selling solutions related to Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Data Modernization, AI/Automation, and Enterprise Applications.
A proven history of success with a strong rolodex filled with key decision-makers across the Manufacturing, Retail ETC ecosystem.
Hands-on experience in selling IT Services, Consulting Services, Managed Services, and large-scale transformation programs.
Experience managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles and closing large, complex deals.
Must have successfully executed turnkey projects and driven solution-led sales approaches.
Ability to build long-term strategic relationships with BFSI clients and expand wallet share.
Strong understanding of BFSI regulatory landscape, compliance needs, and technology trends.
Experience in account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving quarterly/annual targets.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
