Computer System Operator - Hardware & Networking

We are seeking a Computer System Operator – Hardware & Networking to manage and maintain our organization's hardware, LAN, WAN, and internet systems. The role involves installing, configuring, and supporting network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and maximum uptime.

Key Responsibilities   Install, configure, and support LAN, WAN, and internet systems or segments of a network.
Handle all hardware-related issues, including troubleshooting and repairs.
Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software to ensure efficiency.
Monitor network performance to ensure maximum availability and security.
Provide technical support and resolve hardware or network-related issues promptly.
Maintain documentation of network configurations and system updates.
Required

Skills & Qualifications   Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1–6 years of experience in hardware and networking.
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN configurations, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and security protocols.
Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
