Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Consultant to provide hands-on technical support, development, and integration expertise for Oracle Fusion ERP environments. The role involves close collaboration with functional teams to support implementations, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing operations of Oracle ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion ERP to ensure system stability and performance

• Develop and customize BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports

• Configure and manage ESS jobs and scheduling

• Design report templates using RTF, Excel, e-text, and XSL formats including bank reports

• Configure Oracle Fusion security including users, roles, privileges, and access controls

• Support and customize Oracle Fusion modules including Procurement, SCM, Financials, and General Ledger

• Perform data loading and integrations using FBDI, REST services, and SOAP services

• Handle data loads for items, suppliers, purchase orders, purchase requisitions, receipts, AP invoices, payments, AR invoices, journals, and customers

• Design and develop custom solutions using Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF)

• Implement RICE components including reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions

• Customize Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, and Procurement based on business requirements

• Develop and support integrations with third-party systems using APIs and web services

• Manage data migration and conversion activities during ERP implementations or upgrades

• Optimize system performance through PL/SQL tuning and efficient scheduling

• Ensure ERP system stability, scalability, and compliance with security standards

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Functional Design Documents (FDD)

• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and stakeholders for end-to-end delivery

• Support organizations transitioning from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud
Technical Skills and Experience Required

• 8+ years of overall Oracle ERP technical experience

• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP technical components

• Strong experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and ESS jobs

• Experience with FBDI-based data loads and Oracle Fusion integrations

• Working knowledge of Java, XML, and web services using SOAP and REST

• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and OAF

• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP security and role-based access

• Experience supporting Financials, SCM, Procurement, or HRMS modules

• Prior experience in EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration is a strong plus
