Hiring:
Cybersecurity Sales Director – India (APAC Territory)

Location:

Mumbai / Bengaluru / Pune (Remote) | Full-Time | APAC Market Focus

We're looking for a dynamic  Cybersecurity Sales Leader  to drive enterprise sales growth across India and the APAC region. This role will lead high-value engagements with CISOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers while shaping strategic sales outcomes for cybersecurity services and solutions.

What You'll Do

Own and execute the cybersecurity sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → closure
Build strong enterprise relationships (C-suite + strategic decision makers)
Work with pre-sales, product, and marketing to position solutions:
Zero Trust, IAM, SOC, Cloud Security, OT Security, SASE, AI-driven security
Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain CRM hygiene
Represent the company at key events, conferences, and industry forums

What We're Looking For

8–10+ years experience in enterprise/IT/cybersecurity sales (OEM or SI experience preferred)
5+ yrs exp. should be sales
Proven track record selling cybersecurity solutions and exceeding quotas
Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains: NGFW, SIEM, IAM (Okta/SailPoint), Endpoint Protection (Crowd Strike/Defender), Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP), Zero Trust, MITRE, NIST, ISO 27001
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus
