Responsibilities

Lead and deliver on sales plans for mass market customers.
Provide strong leadership to sales operations staff.
Identify and prioritize geographic growth opportunities.
Responsible for new business acquisition and development.
Ensure effective decision-making related to profitability and cost control.
Close deals and manage payment collections from customers.
Conduct weekly reviews and maintain customer relations.
Enhance sales strategies and product knowledge through training.
