Innovation Consultant

Responsibilities Include

∙Design and develop Workday Extend applications that embed Snowflake
- powered insights directly into the Workday UI
∙Build and demo integrations between Workday and Snowflake, leveraging
Python, SQL, and Workday Extend APIs
∙Collaborate with innovation leads and solution architects to understand
technical requirements and deliver iterative prototypes
∙Participate in Avaap's internal 'Snowflake Boot Camp' training to accelerate
ramp-up and align with standards
∙Support ongoing innovation sprints and PoCs (proof of concepts)

Desired Experience and Skills

∙
Experience with  Workday Extend  (certification highly preferred)
∙Hands-on experience with  Snowflake  and SQL-based data modeling
∙Proficiency in  Python  and/or  Java/Java script
∙Strong understanding of Workday's object model and integration points
∙Demonstrated ability to build demos or proof-of-concept applications
∙Snowflake certification or project experience, preferred
∙Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments, preferred
∙Exposure to Workday Reporting, Prism, or People Analytics, preferred

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be willing to work

Work hours:

1 PM to 10 PM IST

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the
ability to communicate effectively

• Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
