Technical Customer Support - QA and Game Dev

Mod Squad is looking for tech support agents to provide top notch service to our customers! We are looking for a top notch T1 Technical Support agent with a lot tech savvy to provide assistance on a developer' platform.

This is a 24/7 project seeking at least 20 hours of availability weekly.

Ideal Candidate:
Very strong attention to detail
Looking for those who have robust knowledge of game engines; game development is a strong bonus
QA experience; digital asset moderation a very strong bonus
Customer support experience
Salesforce experience (or other CRMs)
Professional English fluency
Coding/Programming knowledge is definitely a plus but not required.
