Senior Data & Insights Analyst

About the Role Black Panda is hiring a  Senior Data & Insights Analyst  for a North America–based technology client. This role sits at the intersection of  data analysis, business insight, and decision support . You will work closely with product and technology leadership to translate business questions into actionable analytical insights.
This is a  full-time role  with direct ownership of reporting, insights, and analytical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities  Interpret and translate business requirements into actionable analytical insights
Design, develop, and maintain  operational reports, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
Build and maintain data models and reporting pipelines using  Big Query
Develop high-quality visualizations using  Looker Studio
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
Provide context and narrative around data to support decision-making
Partner with product, tech, and business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes
Required Experience & Qualifications   5–8+ years of experience  in data analysis, insights, or analytics roles
Strong hands-on experience with:
Big Query
SQL
Looker Studio
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights for business stakeholders
Experience working with large, disparate data sets
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
