Role Overview :

We're looking for an  SEO expert who blends technical mastery with AI-driven thinking.  This role demands more than keyword research—it's about  architecting scalable, intelligent content systems  that connect user intent, brand storytelling, and search performance. You'll manage the full SEO lifecycle—strategy, implementation, automation, and optimization—while leading complex projects across teams (content, dev, design, analytics).

Key Responsibilities:

Own full-funnel SEO strategy  for Emeritus blogs, landing pages, and thought-leadership properties—balancing brand authority with growth metrics.
Design and execute complex SEO projects  (e.g., pillar–cluster architectures, AI-assisted content generation, and large-scale internal linking systems).
Implement AI workflows  for SEO: prompt engineering for content ideation, entity extraction, SERP gap analysis, and structured data generation.
Collaborate cross-functionally  with content writers, designers, product, and data teams to deliver integrated content experiences.
Set up and manage SEO infrastructure  using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, DataForSEO, Zen Rows, and Looker/Tableau dashboards.
Automate repetitive tasks  (e.g., meta updates, internal link mapping, content audits) using n8n / Make / Python / Google Sheets API.
Monitor and report  on organic traffic, CTR, conversion paths, and engagement metrics—translating insights into tangible action plans.
Stay ahead of search and AI trends  (Google SGE, multimodal search, semantic SEO, GenAI-based content workflows).

Required

Skills & Experience:

3-4 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in high-volume content environments like SaaS, EdTech, or publishing).
Strong technical foundation: HTML, schema markup, crawl budget management, Core Web Vitals, site architecture.
Experience managing complex SEO projects end-to-end—preferably involving multiple content verticals and large datasets.
Working knowledge of  AI tools for SEO  (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Surfer

SEO, Clearscope, etc.) and how to integrate them in workflows.
Familiarity with automation or scripting (Python, n8n, Google Apps Script) a strong plus.
Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and prioritize effectively across stakeholders.
Excellent communication, documentation, and project-management skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with  programmatic SEO  or AI-generated content iliarity with analytics and tracking setups (GA4, GTM, Looker/Tableau).
Understanding of multi-touch attribution models and SEO's role in full-funnel analytics.
Prior experience managing SEO teams or agency partners.
