Description:

Hands on experience with SAP BO platform administration
Strong understanding of CMC Web Intelligence Crystal Reports and Universe Design Tool UDTIDT
Familiarity with Windows Server Tomcat Web Sphere and relational databases Oracle SQL Server
Proficiency in troubleshooting server logs report failures and performance bottlenecks

Experience with LDAPAD integration and SSO configuration
Need to work in 247 L2 Support model
Should have meticulous and detailed problem solving skills
Excellent Analytical Communication Reporting Skills
Should have experience working in ITIL Process Service Now Control or equivalent
Role L2 Data Tools Support Engineer
Responsibilities
Install configure and maintain SAP Business Objects platform BI 4x or higher
Manage servers services and nodes within the Central Management Console CMC
Perform upgrades patches and migrations of BO components across environments
Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and optimize report delivery
Manage user accounts roles and security settings
Collaborate with BI developers and business teams to support reporting and dashboard requirements
Schedule and manage report executions using the Adaptive Job Server
Ensure backup recovery and disaster recovery procedures are in place
Maintain documentation for system configurations operational procedures and best practices

Mandatory Skills :  OS Administration for SAP Systems, SAP Basis Core BO,BOBJ
