About the Role
At Super Kreatives, we build modern, high-quality client websites primarily on Word Press. We are looking for a strong Word Press Developer with solid frontend skills who understands how real-world websites are built, styled, optimized, and maintained.
This role is ideal for someone who is Word Press-first, strong in HTML & CSS, comfortable with PHP, and curious about modern tools, trends, and AI-driven workflows.
️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Word Press websites end-to-end
- Work extensively with HTML & CSS for clean, responsive layouts
- Use PHP for theme customization and Word Press backend logic
- Customize themes, plugins, and layouts (Elementor + custom code)
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Word Press websites
- Ensure website responsiveness, performance, and UI/UX quality
- Suggest better website structures based on market and design trends
- Maintain, optimize, and improve existing client websites
- Work closely with the Project Manager and internal team
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Word Press development
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Word Press core
- Excellent command over HTML & CSS
- Good working knowledge of PHP
- Experience converting designs (Figma) into Word Press
- Ability to customize websites beyond basic page builders
- Experience showcasing live, production websites
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
⭐ Good to Have (Plus Points)
- Knowledge of JavaScript / basic React
- Experience with custom Word Press themes or plugins
- Awareness of AI tools for development or productivity
- Understanding of modern web design & development trends
- Basic SEO and performance optimization knowledge
- Familiarity with Git / version control
