Nvile is an early-stage platform built around a simple but difficult idea: ideas should stand on their own, without identity bias. As the product evolves, we’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can meaningfully improve the usability, clarity, and experience of Nvile’s user interface.

Role Overview

This role focuses on improving existing UI/UX, not just visual polish. You will work closely with the founder and development team to identify friction points, simplify user flows, and refine how users interact with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit the current Nvile interface and user journeys
- Identify usability issues and UX bottlenecks
- Improve interaction design, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Propose and design UX-driven improvements (wireframes / prototypes)
- Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible implementation

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in UI/UX design (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of user behavior, usability, and design systems
- Experience improving existing products, not just greenfield designs
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly and logically
