Job Description:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Insta Service, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing specialists, to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into wire frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our design processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the tech or service industry.
- Proficiency in Figma , Figma Make and other AI related design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
