Role Overview
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web applications, dashboards, and internal tools. This role focuses on translating business requirements into clear design solutions while working closely with product, data, and engineering teams.
This position is ideal for someone who understands usability principles, design systems, and enterprise application design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and data-driven applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Translate business and functional requirements into design solutions
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI standards
- Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are followed
- Review implemented designs to ensure consistency with specifications
- Document design decisions and guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing
- Experience designing responsive web applications
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience designing dashboards, analytics, or enterprise applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft design standards or Fluent UI
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
