>>About the Digital Government Advisory Team
KPMG India’s  Digital Government Advisory (DGA)  practice helps government bodies modernize public services through technology. It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.

>> About the role
The Project Manager – Analytics will lead data-driven projects within KPMG India’s Digital Government Advisory team. This role focuses on designing implementation frameworks, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), dashboard development, and leveraging analytics to enhance governance and citizen services.

>>

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics-focused projects for government clients.
Design and implement frameworks for project execution and monitoring.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking and decision-making.
Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for policy and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with government standards and project governance requirements.
Engage with stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.

>>Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Strong expertise in project management and analytics.
Hands-on experience in dashboard development and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of monitoring & evaluation frameworks and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with e-Governance and public sector processes.

Education:

B.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering and MBA from a recognized institute.

>>

Experience:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, execution, and analytics.
Exposure to designing implementation frameworks, M&E, dashboard analytics, and data analysis.
At least 1 project or 1 year of experience in government projects.

>>Preferred

Certifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional)
PRINCE2
Certifications in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
