Materials Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating the transfer of raw materials, parts, and finished products between the source and final destination
Monitors material requirements
Tracks movements with purchasing, production, and warehouses
Ensure material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules or inventory requirements
Input data into Netsuite to produce reports and demand estimates
Maintain an efficient request system, through which employees can check the availability of essential supplies and check the status of materials they have ordered
Works with vendors, coordinating materials storage, preparing for deliveries, and creating an effective organizational scheme.

Required Experience &

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with CRM systems, particularly Netsuite
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong client service skills
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptable and eager to learn; self-starter who is willing to wear multiple hats to accomplish goals and can work independently w/o supervision once trained
Team-oriented
Someone who thinks outside the box and brings new ideas
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Prior solar energy experience is a plus

Timings:
12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
