Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire production process to meet quality and delivery targets
Plan and manage production schedules and resources efficiently
Supervise daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring safety and process compliance
Drive improvements in productivity and product quality
Lead and motivate the production team for high-performance
Monitor and analyse production KPIs to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with the Design, Quality, and Maintenance teams for new product introductions, quality assurance, and equipment upkeep
Prepare and manage the production budget, monitor expenses, and control costs effectively
Requirements:
10–20 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production role
Strong expertise in production planning, operations, and shop floor management
Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and driving performance
Working knowledge of lean practices and quality systems
Leadership and decision-making ability under pressure
