Summary Of Job

Execution of dispatch process as per planning in coordination with internal & external customers and maintaining all related documentation as per the WCM standards & company policy
Principal Responsibilities (KRAs)
Co-ordinate with Central logistics to ensure availability of tankers/trucks as per daily dispatch plans.
Responsible for quality checks/inspection of the tankers/trucks for loading.
Responsible for loading of the material from the unit.
Verification of stock (BOOKS VS PHYSICAL).
Responsible for error free documentation and correct dispatches as per SOC
Timely dispatch information to customer.
Carrying ISO audit & Compliance in relation of Dispatch
Excise invoice preparation/checking of LRS/forms.
Execute transport arrangement for daily dispatch.
Documentation of sales tax form and way bills.
Give dispatch information to central logistics.
Awareness about responsible care (Environment, Health, Safety and Security) .
To implement of 5S in office.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate with diploma in Material management or inventory management
Experience:
2- 4 years in dispatch function of process chemical industry.
Functional knowledge & Competencies
Knowledge in documentation related to export / import.
Knowledge of tracking of shipments/vessels.
Proficiency in MS-Excel / MS word or like software
Knowledge of using ERP.
Liason with local logistics companies.
