Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Political Research Associate with at least 2 years of experience to support political research, policy analysis, and strategic decision-making. The role involves in-depth research on political trends, public policy, governance issues, and electoral data to assist leadership and campaign teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on political, social, and economic issues

Analyze public policies, government schemes, and legislative developments

Prepare research reports, briefs, presentations, and policy notes

Track political trends, election data, voter behavior, and public opinion

Support campaign strategies with data-driven insights

Monitor news, media coverage, and political developments at local, state, and national levels

Coordinate with internal teams for research inputs and documentation

Maintain databases, reports, and research archives

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Sociology, Economics, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in political research, policy research, think tanks, campaigns, or consulting

Strong analytical and research skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prepare structured reports and presentations

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of Indian political system, governance, and public policy

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle confidential information

Preferred

Skills:

Experience in election campaigns or political consulting

Familiarity with data analysis tools and survey methodologies

Strong stakeholder coordination skills
