Clinical Research / GCP training preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher Clinical Trial Coordinator to support the execution of clinical trials at the site. The role involves assisting investigators, maintaining trial documentation, coordinating patient visits, and ensuring compliance with study protocols and GCP guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Assist in coordinating day-to-day clinical trial activities at the site

Support the Principal Investigator and study team

Maintain essential documents (ISF, logs, consent forms, reports)

Assist in subject screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits

Coordinate patient appointments and trial schedules

Ensure protocol compliance and basic GCP adherence

Assist in data collection and timely data entry

Support monitoring visits and respond to basic queries

Assist in reporting adverse events under supervision

Coordinate with CRAs, sponsors, and internal teams

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of clinical research and clinical trials

Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines (theoretical knowledge acceptable)

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
