Tender Truck is a technology-led trucking aggregator organizing fleet owners across India and connecting them with verified logistics service providers.
This role is  strictly for professionals with hands-on experience in truck hiring, fleet sourcing, and rate negotiation .

Role Overview  You will be responsible for  bulk truck sourcing ,  route-wise rate intelligence , and  supplier decision-making . This is a senior execution role that directly impacts margins and placement success.

Key Responsibilities   Source and place  bulk vehicles  from fleet owners (container/open/trailer).
Maintain deep  route-wise and vehicle-wise rate intelligence .
Decide  which fleet owner to call for which load  based on probability of placement.
Negotiate rates with fleet owners while protecting company margins.
Manage and resolve  supplier-side escalations , including delays, disputes, and exceptions.
Work closely with the traffic and operations team to improve placement efficiency.
Identify, onboard, and activate reliable fleet owners.
Track supplier performance and blacklist unreliable vendors when required.

Mandatory Experience (Read Carefully)   3–6 years of  hands-on experience in truck hiring / fleet sourcing .
Prior experience with  logistics aggregators, broker networks, or large transporters  is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of  routes, market rates, vehicle types, and goods compatibility .
Proven ability to negotiate directly with fleet owners s role is NOT suitable for candidates without trucking or aggregator experience.
