We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the 2026 season! Both full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $19–$21
, based on experience and qualifications.

:
Are fluent in German or Dutch or Mandarin
Job Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
Provide RV rental information and guidance
Walk customers through paperwork at pick-up and drop-off
Demonstrate RV features (Truck Camper & Motorhomes) at pick-up
Check in returning RVs and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Fluent in English plus German, Dutch, or Mandarin
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Energetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
Friendly, outgoing personality and comfortable working with an international clientele
Able to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a desire to help make customers’ vacation dreams come true
