What You’ll Get To Do:
Assign and coordinate work orders in accordance with the designated planning flow processAssess work priority, develop work scopes, and coordinate maintenance tasksMaintain and improve equipment reliability through effective maintenance and equipment upgradesGather accurate estimates of repair time, crew size, and costs of repairInvestigate equipment failures and trouble-shoot problems, and respond to emergency situations to ensure continuity of operations on a 24/7 basisWho we are looking for:
Mechanical trade ticket or Mechanical Technician /Technologist diplomaSolid understanding of safe work practices and safety regulationsSupervisory experience in a unionized environment preferredExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skillsWork Environment:
Role operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levelsWhat we have to offer:
