Job Details

This is a float position servicing Delta, Surrey, New West, and Coquitlam.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer medications in patients’ homes, specialty clinics, and physician partnership clinic settings.
• Assess, monitor, and document pre‑ and post‑injection/infusion treatments as directed by program protocols.
• Complete documentation in accordance with policies, the College of Nurses, and Innomar ISO accreditation standards of practice.
• Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols, individually or in groups.
• Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies.
• Ensure reliable availability to meet the needs of the IBU, nursing, and clinic key performance indicators.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (case managers, physicians, pharmacy, scheduling and other departments) to meet appointment timelines.
• Communicate with patients and caregivers to set up appointments and drug delivery.
• Participate in team web‑based meetings, training sessions, and client‑related training as required.
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and Innomar policies.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, providing oversight and delegation to RPN/LPN as authorized.
• Travel within the designated IBU and surrounding IBUs for operational needs.
• Follow all nursing and clinic SOPs, work instructions, health and safety standards, and provincial acts.
• Complete ongoing and annual education training as per the training matrix.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as required.
• May be required to be on standby or on call to meet service needs.

Experience and Educational Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current registration and licensing.
• At least 1 year of IV initiation experience.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or homecare settings.
• ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA certification and central venous line/port experience are assets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Internet access and computer literacy.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Travel to clinics and homecare appointments within a specified geographic boundary.

• Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry is an asset.

• Valid, non‑expired, unrestricted driver’s license and insurance coverage.

Salary Range

$74,200 CAD – $114,290 CAD
