We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team and shape the future of Ally’s experience across platforms.

• Design world-class, accessible user experiences across mobile apps, website, Ally Glasses, and enterprise solutions.
• Engage directly with our global community of users to understand their needs, test solutions, and iterate rapidly.
• Own the end-to-end design process—from research, wireframes, and prototyping to polished, production-ready designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and the leadership team to ship impactful features.
• Champion accessibility best practices and ensure Ally sets a new benchmark for inclusive design.
• Contribute to and evolve Envision’s design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

• 2+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX expertise and excellent visual taste.
• Proven ability to design for accessibility (WCAG, screen readers, high-contrast modes, voice-first interactions).
• Experience with user-driven design
  : running usability tests, gathering feedback, and incorporating it into your process.
• Hands-on and collaborative—ready to roll up your sleeves and work closely with the team, ideally in our Rotterdam office.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to explain design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Passion for building meaningful products that improve lives.

• Experience designing for wearables, AR, or voice interfaces

• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or B2B solutions.
• Previous work in accessibility, assistive technology, or related industries.
