As Manager CRM Platforms
, you lead the development, stability and evolution of one of the most business-critical platform domains within Odido. You are accountable for both delivery and operations
: ensuring our CRM landscape is reliable, secure, scalable and ready for change, today and tomorrow.
You lead with calm, clarity and purpose. Not by controlling, but by enabling. You understand the pressure your teams operate under and know when to protect focus, when to prioritize, and when to slow things down to speed things up later. You speak the language of engineers, architects and product leaders, and translate that into outcomes the business truly understands.
You work closely with senior business stakeholders, IT leadership and vendors to shape and execute the CRM platform strategy. You drive architectural simplicity, time-to-market and engineering excellence, while keeping people, quality and sustainability front and centre.
And yes, you manage complexity. But you do it with empathy, structure and confidence.

You lead with empathy, stay grounded under pressure, and create clarity when things get complex. You know the difference between managing and coaching, and choose the right one at the right moment. You build trust, protect your people, and still deliver.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, platform management or engineering-led environments.
- Proven experience leading professional teams, including performance management, coaching and career development.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, platform operations and vendor governance.
- Ability to balance delivery speed with quality, security and compliance.
- Experience working in complex, matrix-driven organizations with senior stakeholders.
- Clear, confident communication skills, able to translate complex technical topics into actionable business insights.
