As a Data / Software Engineer
, you’ll play a hands‑on role in strengthening our engineering capability across data platforms and AI‑driven products.

Within our Digital-IT department
, you’ll join the Engineering Data team, a diverse group of talented engineers from five nationalities, united by openness, collaboration and innovation. The team brings expertise across data engineering, software engineering and data infrastructure, and works closely together to build products that actually get used.

This is a hands‑on engineering role requiring 3–4 years of core experience (as a data engineer, software engineer or data infrastructure specialist). You will technically own data products end-to-end, designing, building and maintaining scalable data and application solutions that power analytics, automation and machine‑learning products.

You work across the full data lifecycle
: from ingestion and transformation to deployment and monitoring, always with an eye on reliability, performance and cost efficiency in cloud environments. You collaborate closely with cloud engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders, turning data into actionable insights and building products with real impact.

• You take ownership not only of code, but also of products and platforms, including design, scalability, extensibility, security and observability.
• You collaborate effectively across disciplines and communicate technical concepts in an accessible and understandable way.

• You own the data pipelines and backend applications
  : design, build, scale and secure. Python and SQL are core to this.
• You manage data infrastructure (storage, compute, orchestration) using IaC tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation — this is the foundation of our platforms.
• You apply best practices for CI/CD, testing, observability and data governance
  .
• You collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
