We're recruiting a Finishing Operative for a globally recognised aerospace manufacturer in Denham. You'll be working on aviation safety systems for fighter jets - precision work in a company with full order books stretching 10+ years ahead.

What you'll be doing:

Masking and unmasking components for paint processes

Shot blasting and abrasive cleaning to prepare surfaces

Operating vibratory finishing and barrel tumbling equipment

Quality checking painted surfaces and finished components

Working to engineering drawings and process specifications

What you need:

Basic manufacturing or engineering background

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (training provided)

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

Understanding of H&S procedures and quality standards

GCSE grades D-G or equivalent

Experience in finishing processes is ideal, but training can be provided for the right person with a solid manufacturing foundation.
