This role ensures that processes are well understood, effectively documented, and continuously improved, helping teams work more reliably and confidently. By identifying risks, coordinating improvements, and engaging with shop floor teams, the Process Engineer plays a key role in strengthening operational discipline and driving practical change.
What you’ll be doingSupporting the development, clarity, and consistency of operational processes across manufacturing, ensuring processes are well understood, effectively documented, and continuously improved. Coordinating improvements and engaging with shop floor teams to strengthen operational discipline and drive practical change. Characteristics & Skills- Knowledge of manufacturing philosophies such as Lean Manufacturing & 5S.
- Understanding of a range of machining and assembly processes.
- Have an eye for detail and getting things right.
- Know how to listen and communicate effectively with others.
