About

Ara Design is a hospitality-focused interior design studio seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FF&E Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a designer with strong experience in furniture, fixtures, and equipment specification, vendor coordination, and project delivery across hospitality and residential projects.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience as an FF&E Designer or in a similar role
Background in interior design (degree or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and FF&E specifications
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar software
Good communication skills and fluent in English
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

Develop FF&E concepts and specifications from concept to completion
Prepare FF&E schedules and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Work closely with the design team and communicate with clients
