Responsibilities

Lead manpower planning and resource allocation to ensure the optimal alignment of workforce capabilities with architectural project demands.

Oversee the architectural design process for large-scale projects, ensuring excellence in design, execution, and sustainability.

Develop and mentor the architectural team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Manage projects from conceptualization to completion, maintaining high standards in quality control, adherence to timelines, and budget management.

Act as the primary liaison for client interactions, ensuring alignment with their needs and maintaining client satisfaction.

Drive the development of innovative architectural concepts that integrate form, function, and sustainability.

Stay updated on global architectural trends, advancements in building materials, and technological innovations to enhance project outcomes.

Provide strategic leadership in shaping the company’s architectural vision and strengthening its market position.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a proven ability to manage teams and large-scale projects.
• Extensive experience in handling large-scale architectural projects, including commercial buildings, luxury residences, resorts, and hospitality structures.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global architectural design trends, construction methodologies, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish strong client relationships and effectively convey design concepts.
