• Configure and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Project).
• Design and maintain CRM architecture (pipelines, fields, stages).
• Build automated workflows for onboarding, inventory movements, and payment tracking.
• Integrate Odoo with tools such as Whats App, email templates, and Google tools.
• Maintain data accuracy, dashboards, and reporting.
• Document SOPs and system workflows.
• Train internal teams and act as the main Odoo support person.
• Coordinate cross-department system usage and improvements.

• 2–4 years experience in Odoo or ERP implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting).
• Strong understanding of business workflows and automation logic.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics is a plus.
• Basic technical knowledge (Python / Odoo framework) is a plus.
• Fluent in English;
  Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
