Hunico is a housing discovery platform in Bali. We collect verified properties directly from residential complexes and property managers, without agencies or middlemen.

As a Property Onboarding Specialist, you will be Hunico’s on-the-ground representative: traveling around Bali on a motorcycle, meeting property managers and owners, verifying their complexes, and helping them get started on our platform.

• Visit residential complexes across Bali by motorcycle.
• Introduce Hunico to property managers and explain the benefits of joining.
• Verify properties on‑site and provide partners with access to the platform.
• Support and moderate listings: check accuracy and keep information up to date.

• Motorcycle and valid driving license.
• Strong knowledge of Bali districts and neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Responsible, proactive, and self‑motivated.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or sales.
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Russian).
• Familiarity with online platforms or apps.
