Role OverviewWe are hiring a
Senior Sales Executive
to play a critical role in strengthening IPH’s commercial execution in Bali.
This is a
hybrid role
combining:
- 70% focus on IPH’s core B2B Website platform (merchant onboarding, activation, retention, churn & delinquency management), and
- 30% focus on property agency & partnership sales
, including commission-based deals, co-broking, and agency-style transactions
This role is ideal for a senior sales professional who understands
both merchant acquisition mechanics and real estate deal flows
, and who can operate comfortably from first pitch all the way to activation, renewal, and where relevant—transaction milestones such as PPJB and handover
- Acquire property agents, developers, villa operators, and service providers onto the Indo Property Hub platform
- Pitch and close paid subscription packages through direct, face-to-face meetings
- Ensure real activation
, not just sign-ups: merchants must upload ads, go live, and use the platform - Reactivate churned or delinquent merchants and drive renewals
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and early lifecycle
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth activation and visibility
- Leverage your existing network with property agents, developers, and vendors to generate deal flow.
- Participate in commission-based transactions (agency or co-broking), including:
- Co-broking arrangements with local and international agents
- Support deal progression from lead introduction through negotiation, PPJB, and handover stages (as applicable)
- Demonstrate strong deal diplomacy, negotiation skills, and relationship management
- Help Indo Property Hub build long-term strategic partnerships within the property ecosystem
- Minimum5 years of experience
in Sales, with a strong background in
property, real estate agency, B2B merchant acquisition, or related fields - Proven experience handling
property deal flows
, including commission-based sales and co-broking - Strong understanding of onboarding, activation, retention, churn, and delinquency management
- Comfortable with high-touch, field-based sales and relationship building
- Solid negotiation and communication skills; able to deal with agents, developers, and foreign clients
- Conversational to fluent
English is required - Highly independent, proactive, and target-driven
- Strong reporting discipline (Google Sheets / Excel / CRM)
- Own vehicle (motorbike or car) with valid SIM A / SIM C
- Familiar with the Bali property market dynamics
- Has existing local networks with agents, developers, villa operators, or property services vendors (Contractor, Pool Vendors, Villa Management Services, Cleaning Services, Landscaping Vendor,etc)
- IDR 9,000,000 – 10,000,000 gross monthly salary based on experience
