• Maintain and develop responsive, userfriendly web interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Implement design mockups and UI/UX requirements using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

• Learn, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs (e.g., Node.js, PHP/Laravel, or equivalent).
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Mongo
  
  DB).
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and security.
• Deliver complete full-stack modules/projects as part of progression milestones.
• Integration & Deployment
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
• Collaborate on server configuration, cloud services, and deployment processes.
• Support debugging, testing, and quality assurance (QA).
• Develop and maintain mobile applications (iOS & Android) aligned with business needs.
• Ensure performance optimization, bug fixing, and regular updates.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to clarify requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with QA team to support testing, debugging, and performance improvements.
• Communicate technical constraints and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to interns and junior developers by reviewing code, sharing best practices, and supporting skill development.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
• Maintain clear and structured technical documentation for code, APIs, and processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Suggest improvements to current architecture, processes, and technologies.
• Drive innovation within the development team to increase efficiency and quality.

• Expert in React.js or Next.js (Vue/Angular is a plus)
• Solid backend experience with Node.js (Express/Nest), Laravel, or Django
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs & web security best practices
• Experience with SQL & No
  
  SQL databases (MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB)
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern Dev Ops practices
• Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Vercel, Netlify)
• Good knowledge of Docker/containerization
• Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills
