Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care across a high-volume main OR suite with 23 operating rooms at a 1:1 patient ratio
- Support a broad range of elective surgical cases including Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, Cardiovascular, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment alongside experienced OR nursing staff
- Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in on-call responsibilities, which may include 1-2 weekends of second call and/or 1-2 twelve-hour shifts of first call during the contract period
- Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care OR RN experience (candidates without this will not be considered)
- Active RN license valid in the state of Colorado or compact license eligibility
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Level 4 Trauma center experience
- Orthopedic and/or Spine surgical specialty experience
- 2 or more years of OR RN experience preferred
- Flexible, team-oriented personality with a strong work ethic
- Work alongside a tenured, experienced OR team in a dynamic, well-equipped surgical environment supporting a diverse range of specialty procedures
