Avery Dennison RBIS Indonesia has business engagement with customers who are exporters of Apparel, Footwear, Home Textiles and Sports goods. The Indonesia manufacturing site of ADID is in BIIE Lippo CIkarang West Java & Candi Industrial Estate Semarang, Central Java, but customer spread is in other parts of the country as well.

Your Role : Monitor and optimize the company's operational processes and systems, This role includes analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

Primary Responsibilities and

Essential Job Functions:

• Supportdaytodayoperationsintheproductionenvironmentandworkwithotherstafftoidentify,select,prioritizeandexecuteprocessimprovementprojects.
• Providegeneraltroubleshooting,engineering,maintenance,equipmentanddailyprocessassistancetoourmanufacturingline.
• Continually improve&optimizecurrentproductsthroughvariationreduction.
• Investigatingmanufacturingproblemsandconsultingwithproductionteams,analyzingthesupportingdata,recommendingcorrectiveactions,andfollowingthroughonrecommendationstoevaluatetheireffectiveness.
• Useleansixsigmatoeliminatewaste,improvematerialflow,andstreamlineprocesses.
• Assistingandimprovingthecontrols,equipment,andmaintenancepracticesusedtoruntheoperations.
• Leadcapitalprojectsrelatedtoequipmentinstallations,modifications,or upgrades.
• Supportnewproductdevelopmentandproductdesignwithintechnicalteams

Requirement

• Bachelor'sdegreein
  
  Engineering,Operations Management,orrelatedfield
• Minimumof4-5yearsofexperienceinoperationsengineeringorasimilarrole
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solving skills
• Experienceinarelatedindustry(e.g.,manufacturing,logistics,software)
• Advanceddegreein Engineering,Operations Management,orarelatedfield
• Familiaritywithstatisticalanalysistoolsandmethods
• Experiencewithautomationtechnologies
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam
• Strong multi-tasking,problem solving,decision analysis,situationappraisalskills.
• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsaswellasabilitytoconnectandinfluenceatalllevelsoftheplant.
