What you ll be doing

As a Graduate Construction Manager, you ll be acting as a trainee site manager for construction projects. You ll gain experience in managing construction sites, coordinating teams, and ensuring safety. It s about understanding the complexities of construction management. You ll learn project management, site operations, and leadership skills.

Who we re looking for

For Graduates with a degree in Construction Management, our programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
