Barker Ross Recruitment Barker Ross Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-established contractor based in Derby, who are currently seeking an Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a range of exciting projects, ranging from £20k to £9m in value, across both fit-out and main contracting works.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor on live projects to ensure smooth delivery. Attend client site meetings to understand project requirements and provide updates. Prepare costings and pricing for works, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Experience &

Skills:

Previous experience in an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor role, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Familiarity with Congius software is desirable, but not essential (full training will be provided). Strong communication skills to interact with clients and project teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Projects:
Projects ranging from £20k to £9m in value, providing a great variety of work. A mix of fit-out and main contracting works, offering experience in different sectors and project scopes. Company Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Christmas Eve off with full pay. Car allowance or company car . Pension scheme available to all employees.
