We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll assist with inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

* Address customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
 
* Deliver accurate information on products, services, and policies.
 
* Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
 
* Maintain customer records in the CRM system with precision.
 
* Educate customers about product features and additional services.
 
* Build strong, lasting relationships to foster customer loyalty.
 
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
 
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
 
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
 
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
