A further opportunity has just been created due to planned growth and expansion to recruit a talented, experienced and skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join this stable organisation.

You will be responsible for completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks, Inspections and required to complete daily, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly PPM tasks adhering to SFG
20 requirements.

Being a skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will be suitably qualified in either NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / HVAC or equivalent, experience with BMS Controls and HVAC systems, experience with UPS, standby power, lifts, boilers, and HVAC systems.

This is a mobile / field based role mainly covering the Midlands and therfore we seek a trustrworthy character happy to work well on their own and deliver great service and pride in your craft.
