• Managing tender enquiries across utilities, M&E, civils, controls and energy projects
• Preparing accurate pricing, costings, BOQs and rate schedules
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Supporting pricing strategy, commercial decision‑making and bid governance
• Working closely with commercial, engineering, QS and operational teams
• Helping improve tender turnaround, win rates and commercial discipline
• Contributing to the development of processes and internal estimating capability

This position offers strong visibility within the business and the ability to influence tender outcomes.

• Designs and manufactures PLC‑based systems and associated equipment
• Works on projects including civils, tunnels, assets, SCADA, BESS and electrical/control installations

• Experience in one or more of the following areas is beneficial: utilities, multi‑utilities, DNO or ICP environments
• M&E or building services
• Civils or infrastructure projects
• Controls, SCADA, PLC or BESS
• Energy‑sector estimating
• Producing tenders, cost models, BOQs and structured estimates
• Engaging with suppliers and managing RFQs
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness
