Associate / Senior Structural Engineer

Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Working (Office Based)

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our growing Structures team as an Associate / Senior Structural Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable Structural Engineer to work on a diverse range of projects including bespoke new builds, refurbishments, heritage structures and sustainable developments.

As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technically robust designs from concept through to completion, while supporting and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality structural designs as a Structural Engineer using Eurocodes and British Standards

* Produce calculations, drawings, reports and specifications

* Lead projects and manage programme, cost and sustainability objectives

* Carry out structural surveys and appraisals

* Coordinate with clients, architects and contractors

* Review and support the work of junior engineers and technicians

About You

* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (2:1 or above)

* Chartered or working towards IStruct

E or ICE

* 4+ years’ experience as a Structural Engineer

* Strong technical knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry and timber

* Confident using structural analysis software

* Full UK driving licence
