Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the extension of a large warehouse facility. This is a significant infrastructure project within a leading engineering and manufacturing environment, offering long-term stability and the chance to deliver a high-profile build.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of a warehouse extension project from start to finish.

Coordinate site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Oversee contractors and subcontractors, maintaining strong communication and accountability.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Report progress and manage risks effectively throughout the contract period.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in fit-out or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) projects.

Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex site operations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
