Operations Manager

Position: Operations Manager (Permanent)
A Growing and Dynamic Technology Company has an urgent need for an Operations Manager to join their growing team and provide Leadership and Direction.

This remit of this role is to lead a busy production team that that covers both logistics and technical departments.

We require a natural leader who has a proven track record of managing production teams and driving results.

You will need to be adept at analysing real time KPI's and managing results in order to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Preventing bottlenecks and meeting SLA's demanding by the clients customers.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience of managing large teams and ideally managing Team Leaders and other Managers.

You will need to be able to lead and motivate people, setting goals and resolving disputes.
