Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30
Friday 07:30 - 12:30

A well-established manufacturing business specialising in the automotive and aerospace sectors. Due to increased workloads, they are seeking skilled Composite Fitter Contractors to support ongoing projects on a contract basis.

As a Composite Fitter Contractor, you will be responsible for fitting, bonding, and finishing composite components in line with technical drawings and quality standards.

• Fitting, bonding, and assembling composite components according to technical drawings
• Inspecting parts to ensure accuracy before progression to the next stage
• Precision trimming of composite parts using hand, power, or automated tools
• Preparing moulds, sanding, polishing, and finishing composite components

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working with pre-preg carbon fibre, fibreglass, or Kevlar
• Knowledge of adhesives, sealants, and other bonding agents
• Ability to interpret and work from technical, engineering, and schematic drawings
