Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant in your local store, you will use your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers to advise them on Sleep wellness and help them find the right sleep products for their needs. You will receive full training and ongoing support in our unique sleep

PRO technology and in how we deliver excellent customer experiences. This role offers the chance to develop your sales skills, earn uncapped commission, and be part of a friendly, high-performing store team.

• Provide friendly, professional advice to customers on mattresses, beds and sleep-related products
• Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable products, demonstrating product features and benefits
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and closing techniques
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including aftercare and follow-up
• Maintain store presentation to company standards: merchandising, merchandising resets and visual displays
• Process transactions accurately using the till system and complete required sales documentation
• Work flexibly to cover peak trading times including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including health and safety and loss prevention

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or retail sales role is desirable
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and work towards targets in a resilient, professional manner
• Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help people find the right solution
• Flexible approach to working hours to meet store needs and peak trading patterns
• Comfortable using basic IT systems and point-of-sale terminals
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light manual handling tasks
