Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to further their career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant Role- Manage the Managing Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal Business owners.
- Assist in project management and coordination of special projects as directed (includes arranging and managing certain events).
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the Managing Director in preparing for meetings, including agenda creation and note-taking.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organisation and time-management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to take shorthand would desirable but is not an essential requirement.
